RFQ Remarks:
Two gears will be commissioned initially as prototypes to evaluate the supplier's capability. Thereafter batches of gears will be commissioned at 6 month intervals.
Agreed tooling costs will be reimbursed. A clamping fixture for milling of slot features will be provided. Test fixture for evaluating toothing run-out will also be provided. A supplier visit for engineering assessment will be undertaken at mutual convenience.
