This is a little different. I'm trying to produce an obsolete part. I only have one sample, and I'm reluctant to disassemble it to create a drawing. 
What I'm looking for is an automobile thermostat. It should have a start-of-open temperature of 70C. What makes it peculiar is the bypass sleeve, which is integral to the main valve. The original was made of brass, and that would be ok, but I prefer stainless if possible.
I would take 500 as an initial order, if I can get it produced. If a vendor is confident of being able to manufacture this, I will supply my one and only sample as a model.
