High-Voltage Harness Fixing Brackets and Electrical Enclosures for New Energy Vehicles

Designed to meet the insulation protection and structural support requirements in high-voltage environments, this series of components features an integrated design of complex snap-fit structures and mounting positions achieved through precision molding. The orange cable accessories with black brackets shown in the upper section are primarily used for routing fixation and stress relief of high-voltage harnesses. The box bodies and bases in the lower section form the external protective shells for Battery Distribution Units (BDU) or control modules, effectively isolating electromagnetic interference and providing physical protection.

These parts are typically manufactured from engineering plastics with excellent heat resistance and flame retardancy (such as PBT, PA66) or glass-fiber reinforced thermosetting materials (DMC/BMC) to withstand the severe thermal shock and mechanical vibration conditions typical of automotive applications. The core of the processing lies in ensuring dimensional consistency of mounting holes across multi-cavity molds and controlling the flatness of thin-walled areas to prevent seal failure or interference after assembly. For terminal blocks with metal inserts, strict control over insert positioning accuracy during injection molding is required to avoid flash or insufficient bonding strength.
