Please quote diecast, powder coat paint, CNC machined bearing bores and assemble one set of bearings supplied by NCZ Group Corporation. Suppler must submit two level 3 PPAP samples of the finished molded parts without the bearings and two level 3 PPAP samples with the assembled bearings. The bearing bores are to be machined after powder coat painting the parts. Please refer to the NCZ RFQ for the packaging and shipping requirements which also includes the HS harmonizing code for these parts. The supplier should also amortize all of their tooling and mold costs over 18,000 parts. Upon completing the 18,000 parts the amortization costs should be dropped. The target price must include the amortization cost.
