I was impressed with responsiveness to make sure all the details of the product was thoroughly understood which saved time upon receiving the first article. Upon receiving the first article, there were no changes that were required. The workmanship was high quality. The delivery was late which was beyond the control of Global Metal & Plastics Company due to CYN, COVID19, and the back log of UPS shipping. Allowed enough lead time planning and did not have any stock outages. Any future projects Global Metal & Plastic Company will be first on the list for RFQ's.
