1、供应商必须有汽车行业配套的经验；能够完成并且具备PPAP，SPC，PFMEA，MSA能力。
2、除了表面处理和热处理允许外协，其他的所有工序必须是供应商自行制作，不接受外协；
3、检测设备除了（光谱仪），其他检测能力必须是供应商具备，不接受委托外协检验；
4、供应商报价必须遵照图纸，不得对图纸提出变更请求；
5、供应商的报价需要注明材料规格和材料费，和涉及到的所有工序流程；
6、必要的时候，需要供应商提供breakdown价格表。
