Cost-Optimized Slip Agent Sampling Request
We are interested in testing hoses with an internal slip agent for future product development and scaling—but understand that a dedicated small-batch production is costly and may disrupt your process.
Instead, we request:
A few short hose segments (not full coils), with similar ID/OD and including a documented, PU-compatible, non-migratory slip agent.
If any surplus, previous run samples, or leftover lengths are available for laboratory evaluation, please quote us their cost and possible delivery.
No special blending or dedicated production setup is required at this stage.
Note:
Full slip agent batch production will be introduced only at the mass production phase, after candidate hoses are validated for base polymer and mechanical quality.

This pilot batch is for fit, clarity, and baseline production testing and will inform our selection of a supplier for long-term, high-volume partnership.
