High‑precision capability
Select precision suppliers can achieve tolerances down to ±0.025 mm (±0.001 in.) on suitable features and materials after DFM review. Full GD&T callouts supported including flatness, roundness, and true position.
Surface finish capability
Standard as-machined finish Ra 3.2 μm (≈125 μin) or better; finer finishes down to Ra 1.6 μm available. Post-processing includes bead blasting, anodizing (multiple colors), electroless nickel plating, powder coating, electropolishing, passivation (stainless steel), zinc coating/galvanizing, and custom plating.
Heat treatment options
Annealing; tempering; case hardening; through hardening.
Example part size ranges
Typical machining envelopes support small precision components up to ~2000 mm length. Larger suppliers can handle long-bed and gantry machining (multi-metre plates and beams) subject to manufacturability review by factories.

The network includes ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 13485 and other certified factories. Certification scope varies by supplier and application area. Standard orders include in-process checks and basic inspection reports. Advanced options include AS9102 FAI, PPAP, CMM reports, and 3D scanning.
Production lead time
Typical production lead time is 3-10 business days depending on complexity, material, quantity, and capacity. Rush production available. Final lead times confirmed during submitting RFQ.

High‑precision capability
Select suppliers support ± 0.10 -0.25 mm , with tighter tolerances achieved using post-machining and/or confirmed after their own DFM review. Full GD&T callouts supported. Tighter tolerances available with enhanced process control and cavity pressure monitoring.
Surface finish capability
Standard molded finish SPI B-3 (Ra 3.2 μm) or better. High-polish finishes down to SPI A-1 (Ra 0.05 μm) available. Post-processing includes painting, pad printing, laser marking, textures (MT, Yick Sang), plating, molded-in color, and additives.
