Our IATF16949-certified line produces two-stage spur gears to retain critical features. The two stage spur gear is verified against the release for key form and fit criteria. For this build, we control major diameter range, specified tolerance window, and material group as primary adjustment points tied to the release; if the release specifies tooth-to-bore concentricity or hub location, we confirm the associated critical dimensions. We take those inputs from a detailed drawing with bore and key details so revisions track through production. Our Huaian, Jiangsu facility (IATF16949) handles gear forming and precision milling.
