From an engineering drawing, we tie those parameters to controlled machining steps and inspection checks for stable, repeatable output. Costs are determined by tolerance band and quantity, with lead time confirmed on order. Send a dimensioned drawing with key tolerances to confirm fit and checks. We can agree an inspection sampling plan for the Helical gear so each lot follows the same checks. For each part, we lock in your required tolerance band, reference datums, and surface finish spec as formal checkpoints in the build record.
