We stabilize production around your defined key tolerance window, keeping those relationships consistent from lot to lot. Provide the released CAD file for review and quoting so we can verify interfaces and datums. We then align machining flow, inspection focus, and surface finish requirement with the material family you specify in your release. Gear and shaft machining is performed at our IATF16949-certified Huaian line.
