Processing difficulties: Attention should be paid to tool wear, 7075 is harder and more difficult to process. Magnesium alloy: Advantages: lighter than aluminum alloy, strong impact resistance, but higher cost. Processing difficulties: Prone to oxidation, surface treatment (such as anodizing) should be done well. Plastic (ABS/POM/PC): Advantages: low cost, easy to process, suitable for mid-to-low-end displays. Processing difficulties: Plastic is prone to deformation, and cutting parameters (such as feed rate and cooling method) should be controlled.
