Our process produces scroll elements with consistent geometry from batch to batch. Each scroll compressor element is CNC milled and turned for consistent fit with adjacent housing or shaft. To align with your release, we match material specification, set the key tolerance zone, and specify the surface condition requirement; please submit an approved CAD model when available, or provide a reference sample for interface checks. Our Changshu plant maintains an automotive-quality certification (IATF 16949) and supports precision milling and turning for compression parts.
