Machined Brass Gear With Bevel Pinion Gear and Spiral-Cut Teeth, Central Bore

We manufacture this bevel pinion gear with spiral-cut teeth to ensure dimensional consistency and stable geometry from batch to batch. For each bevel pinion gear build, we establish the major-diameter limits, critical tolerance band, and material class in the specification. We then use a dimensioned print with bore and hole pattern defined to finalize a production-ready setup at our Huaian plant, which operates under ISO 9001:2015 and is certified to IATF 16949 for gear forming and milling.
