1. Stainless steel base The bushings/rolling elements are made of stainless steel and undergo vacuum quenching and tempering. The salt spray test is ≥ 48 hours. They still maintain high corrosion resistance in seawater and acidic/alkaline environments. 2. Red nitrile rubber (NBR) contact seal One-piece double-sided seal, forming a slight interference with the inner ring, preventing dust, salt spray, and sand particles, and preventing lubricant leakage; the leakage rate in freshwater/seawater immersion tests is < 0.1%. 3. Low starting torque, low noise The internal part is filled with food-grade low-viscosity synthetic ester lubricating grease. The starting torque is ≤ 0.05 N·cm, and the noise level is Z1 group. During the feeding/receiving process, the hand feels smooth without any "stalling" abnormal noise. 4. High limit rotational speed The grease lubrication limit rotational speed is 50,000 r/min, meeting the rapid throwing requirements of high-speed spinning wheels and water drop wheels at 8,000–10,000 rpm. 5. Maintenance-free, long life The sealed bearing has a "lifelong lubrication" structure. In regular fishing use, no grease replenishment is required for 2–3 quarters.
Typical application scenarios: 1. Marine/ freshwater fishing equipment Spinning wheel shafts, water droplet wheels, drum wheels, raft wheels, long-range throwing wheels, line wheel main shafts, cranks, one-way bearings, clutches. 2. Miniature rotors Rotating shafts in lures (shimmers, VIB, Minos), rotating shackle rings. 3. Small underwater equipment Waterproof camera shafts, miniature motors of fish finder propellers. 4. Small motors in corrosive environments Marine miniature pumps, model propellers, fans of salt spray test chambers.
