By using our swiss type lathe, we are easily to machine front/back side in one loading process. We can deal with outer diameter 0.5-32 mm and length 0.15-2800 mm, we can meet 0.005 mm tolerance of outer diameter (stainless steel) and 0.004 mm tolerance of inner hole(copper). Our customers include famous brands of consumer electronics , automotive, hydraulic and communications, we supply to their production bases in Japan, Europe, USA and Taiwan. We our major machines are Japanese brand swiss type lathe and we also have CNC lathe, tapping machine, and machine center. Inspection equipments also meet our production requirement. In order to meet automotive market standard, we implement TS16949 quality system to ensure a proper control of production, full quality management and quick lead time response.
