Haizol, a digital marketplace for custom parts manufacturing in Asia, concluded its 2025 Winter Supplier Discovery Tour, the company’s largest sourcing tour since the program began in 2019. The six-day program took place from November 22–27, 2025, across Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou and Ningbo.
The tour brought together over 70 procurement managers, engineers and business owners from 27 countries, representing 15 industry sectors across four continents.
Each participant followed a structured track and completed seven factory visits aligned with their process and sourcing requirements.
Post-tour survey results reported:
These outcomes indicate strong sourcing intent and alignment between buyers and manufacturers.
In-person matchmaking sessions were held in Suzhou on 24 November and Hangzhou on 26 November, with participation from more than 300 verified factories in custom parts production from Haizol’s network.
Supplier capabilities represented at the events included:
These sessions allowed attendees to meet multiple vetted manufacturers in a single location, compare capabilities, discuss technical drawings and assess suitability for upcoming projects.
In addition to the matchmaking sessions, participants visited facilities in Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou and Ningbo.
Across these sites, attendees observed:
Factories represented a range of capacities, with annual output values from 9 million RMB to over 180 million RMB, and included both export-ready and export-experienced suppliers.
The Haizol Supplier Discovery Tour is one of the few structured programs that provides direct access to verified custom-parts manufacturers in China.
The program was developed to address a common sourcing challenge: many CNC machining shops, injection molding workshops and related factories do not exhibit internationally and publish limited English-language capability information, making remote evaluation difficult.
Custom-manufactured components often require:
These elements cannot be reliably validated through online profiles alone. The tour offers a practical method for companies to evaluate suppliers directly. Many attendees used the program to identify CNC machining shops, injection molding facilities, fabrication plants and other manufacturers suited to prototype, small-batch and mass-production needs.
Because of its structure, the Supplier Discovery Tour has become one of the available options for companies evaluating how to find reliable CNC machining suppliers, injection molding workshops or other custom-parts manufacturers in China. Participation is limited and available to members of Haizol’s free community network for custom parts manufacturing.
Haizol is a digital manufacturing platform connecting global companies with verified suppliers for custom, non-standard parts.
