Manufacturing this component requires precise control over internal density and external machining benchmarks to prevent media leakage and ensure smooth valve actuation. Cold chamber die casting establishes the near-net shape, optimizing gate and runner systems to eliminate porosity in thick-to-thin transitions; subsequent CNC machining then focuses on maintaining strict flatness on sealing faces, accurate thread positioning, and concentricity of internal bores to guarantee leak-free operation under pressure.

Our Ningbo facility supports end-to-end production using Toshiba and Ube cold chamber die casting machines alongside high-precision CNC machining centers, enabling consistent quality from mold development to final inspection.
