The angle valve body features a circular mounting flange and a cross handle, serving as a key control component connecting the water supply pipeline to the outlet terminal. It has a standard threaded interface on the back for wall mounting, a vertically upward external threaded outlet at the front, and a rotary operating mechanism on the side. The design ensures both fluid control sealing and installation stability.

These parts are typically formed using gravity casting, followed by precision secondary machining via CNC lathes and machining centers. This process ensures high thread fit accuracy and coaxiality of all axes. Surface treatment usually involves multi-layer electroplating or PVD vacuum coating. The base is polished to a mirror finish to eliminate sand holes, ensuring coating adhesion and salt spray corrosion resistance for long-term use in humid environments.
