The main body of this aluminum alloy die-casting features a dual-cavity rectangular frame structure. The interior is divided into multiple independent mounting zones by a grid of intersecting reinforcing ribs, while the edges are equipped with dense flange surfaces and threaded holes. It is designed for use as control unit housings in new energy vehicle three-electric systems or industrial automation equipment.

The part adopts a large-area thin-wall design to balance lightweight properties with rigidity. Due to the交错 (intersecting) internal ribs and multi-level steps, strict control over mold flow channels and ejection balance is required during forming to prevent shrinkage marks and ensure internal density. Subsequent machining focuses on controlling the relative positional tolerance of mounting holes and the flatness of datum surfaces to meet precision assembly requirements.
