Key manufacturing priorities include ensuring uniform wall thickness of the heat sink fins and overall dimensional stability. Due to the close arrangement and specific depth-to-width ratio of the ribs, mold temperature and cooling systems must be strictly controlled during forming to prevent shrinkage and deformation. If CNC post-processing is employed, tool path planning is critical to avoid interference and ensure surface finish. The coaxiality between the central mounting hole and the outer cylindrical surface is a key inspection metric, directly affecting concentric positioning after assembly.
