Designed as a core protective enclosure for automotive Electronic Control Units (ECUs) or industrial drives, this component features a high-rigidity, thin-walled box structure. The internal cavity is compactly laid out with positioning posts and support ribs for PCB mounting. The external edges are equipped with multiple countersunk mounting holes and flange connection surfaces, while tubular interfaces on both sides facilitate cable harness entry or fluid cooling. The overall design balances lightweight requirements with complex assembly logic.

Manufacturing these structural components focuses on balancing molding quality with subsequent machining precision. The die-casting process relies on intelligent die-casting cells to strictly control filling speed and mold temperature, preventing shrinkage or porosity defects at transitions between thick and thin sections. Post-process CNC machining ensures the flatness of mounting reference surfaces, positional accuracy of threaded holes, and surface finish of sealing interfaces, guaranteeing long-term assembly stability under high-vibration conditions.
