The component requires high dimensional stability across its large planar surface to accommodate gasket compression without distortion. Manufacturing involves cold chamber die casting to achieve a dense, pore-free microstructure suitable for pressure-bearing applications, followed by precision CNC machining to control the parallelism of the mating face and the position tolerance of the bolt holes. Special attention is paid to the concentricity of the central boss and the integrity of the side port interface to guarantee smooth assembly and reliable sealing performance.
