Achieving leak-free performance in pressurized systems requires strict control over the concentricity of internal bores and the flatness of sealing interfaces. Cold chamber die casting establishes the near-net shape, optimizing material density to prevent porosity in thick-to-thin transitions; subsequent CNC machining then refines thread positions and surface finishes to ensure precise alignment of air fittings and sensors.
