Manufacturing this component demands strict control over internal density to prevent porosity in the pressure-bearing cavities, achieved through optimized cold chamber die casting parameters. Secondary CNC machining focuses on the concentricity between the central cavity and side ports, as well as the flatness of sealing faces, to eliminate risks of media leakage or valve sticking. The combination of thick structural bosses and thin-walled sections requires balanced tooling design to maintain dimensional stability across production batches.
