Die-Cast Copper Alloy Flange Cover

This circular flange cover features a central locating shaft and peripheral counterbored holes. It is commonly used in mechanical equipment or pneumatic components as a sealing end cap, mounting base, or connection adapter. The part exhibits typical disc-shaped characteristics, with a central boss for positioning or shaft passage, and symmetrically distributed holes on the flange face to meet bolt fastening requirements.

Strict control over flatness and coaxiality is required to ensure a smooth mounting surface for optimal sealing or assembly fit. During processing, special attention is paid to the concentricity between the central shaft and the outer diameter, as well as the consistency of hole spacing, to prevent assembly interference or leakage risks caused by excessive geometric tolerances.
