Machined aluminium enclosure boxes with separately fastened lids can suffer flange warp and differential thermal expansion that compromises the sealing groove engagement over temperature cycles. A die-cast electronic enclosure box eliminates the warp problem; body, flange, and external cooling fins are formed net-shape in the die, with the screw-boss pattern and sealing groove machined to your callouts in-house via CNC milling and boring after casting.
