The main body is formed by high-pressure die casting using zinc alloy, accurately replicating complex curved transitions and rib structures to meet the strength requirements of the high-torque area at the handle root. During processing, strict control is maintained over the flatness of the panel and the coaxiality of the square shaft hole to prevent loosening or jamming after installation. The surface undergoes fine powder coating or electroplating treatment, which not only enhances wear and corrosion resistance but also imparts a modern matte texture to the product.
