Designed for media distribution and flow direction control in fluid systems, this component features a multi-channel irregular cavity structure integrating external threaded interfaces, flange mounting surfaces, and internal flow passages. The left part exhibits a three-way layout with two internal threaded holes and one external threaded outlet, while the right part is an elbow shape with a lateral branch, clearly cast with model identification. It serves as a core diversion and connection hub in gas appliances, hydraulic systems, or industrial pipelines.

The manufacturing core of such parts lies in ensuring the smoothness of internal flow channels and the dimensional accuracy of interface threads. Strict control over the relative positional tolerance of multi-directional holes is essential to prevent interference with surrounding pipelines during assembly. Due to the complex 3D curved surfaces and thin-wall transitions, casting defects such as shrinkage cavities and porosity must be carefully managed during forming. Subsequent machining ensures the flatness of sealing surfaces and thread fit tolerances to prevent fluid leakage.

Leveraging our manufacturing experience in hardware and electronic components, we utilize precision casting for blank formation, combined with bench drilling and tapping equipment for fine machining of hole systems and threads. Equipped with vibratory tumbling and polishing machines, we remove parting line burrs and optimize surface finish. Critical dimensions are strictly inspected using dial calipers, height gauges, and thread go/no-go gauges.
