Shenggu's Huaian casting and CNC machining lines produce suspension control arms with integral ribbed reinforcement, with bore diameter at each end, arm length, and bore-to-bore axis alignment all held to your specification tolerances; the ribbed casting body carries bending load between the pivot and knuckle attachment points without the weight penalty of a solid section. Mold development, casting, and precision machining are all performed in-house at Shenggu's Jiangsu facility (approximately 35,000 m²), serving railway, agricultural machinery, and electric vertical take-off & landing aircrafts (evtols) applications. IATF16949 certification governs casting qualification, in-process dimensional records, and material process documentation for automotive and OEM suspension control arm applications at our Huaian facility, established 1986.
