The design leverages an aluminum alloy skeleton to provide rigid support and lightweight advantages, while the central rubber layer absorbs high-frequency mechanical vibrations through elastic deformation. This effectively blocks vibration transmission to the base and compensates for minor installation surface errors. It is commonly used for air/oil line arrangement in automated production lines and as bases for precision instruments.

The core of manufacturing such composite parts lies in controlling metal machining precision and the interfacial bonding strength during rubber vulcanization. The aluminum body requires CNC milling to ensure flange flatness and tolerance of mounting hole spacing, guaranteeing smooth bolt assembly.
