Angled Ejector Pin With Side Hole

This component features a cylindrical shaft with a single-sided angled cut and a radial through-hole. It is commonly used as a limiting and guiding component in mold sliders, automated fixtures, or mechanical transmission mechanisms. The angled end provides specific angular support or clearance during motion, while the side through-hole facilitates the installation of stop pins or connecting rods for precise stroke control and position locking.

The manufacturing process strictly controls the angle tolerance of the斜面 (angled surface) and its symmetry relative to the axis to ensure uniform force distribution and prevent eccentric loading. Precision in the side hole's position relative to the angled surface is maintained to avoid assembly interference. For metal materials, outer diameter tolerances and surface finish are tightly controlled to prevent sticking or abnormal wear during sliding fits. Edges are chamfered and deburred to ensure operational safety and smooth operation.
