As a core functional component of the DQ200 P-gear locking mechanism, this part achieves mechanical locking in the parking state through the engagement of its outer edge teeth with the inner hole positioning surface. Its structure features precision circumferential teeth, a central through-hole, and peripheral feature holes, designed to withstand axial thrust from the shifting mechanism and transmit torque.
Manufacturing focuses on ensuring the profile accuracy and indexing precision of the tooth form, as well as the coaxiality between the inner hole and outer circle, to guarantee smooth engagement without jamming. Equipped with FEINTOOL fine blanking presses and high-precision vertical machining centers, our factory strictly controls tooth surface perpendicularity and bore tolerances. Combined with full-dimensional inspection using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), we meet the stringent requirements of the IATF16949 system for critical safety components.
The material is typically high-strength alloy steel or carbon steel, subjected to heat treatment to enhance surface hardness and wear resistance, with laser marking for traceability. Quotations are evaluated based on tooth form parameters, material grades, and heat treatment specifications defined in the drawings. We support stable delivery from sample validation to mass production.
