The part body exhibits typical characteristics of aluminum machining. The high-density parallel ribs on the sidewalls demand rigorous toolpath planning and deburring processes to ensure no residual burrs at the fin roots and uniform spacing, guaranteeing unobstructed airflow channels and consistent appearance. The machining core lies in strictly controlling the parallelism tolerance of the upper and lower reference surfaces and the positional accuracy of the mounting hole pattern to prevent assembly interference caused by cumulative errors. If internal cavity machining is involved, wall thickness uniformity must be strictly managed to avoid stress-induced deformation.
