As a core thermal management component for power electronic modules or drive control units, this rectangular structure features densely arranged parallel cooling fins on one side. This design significantly increases the effective surface area exposed to air, optimizing heat conduction and convection efficiency from the heat source to the environment. The opposite side features a flat mounting surface equipped with precision locating pin holes and countersunk threaded holes, facilitating rigid connections with PCB mainboards, IGBT modules, or equipment racks while ensuring overall flatness meets sealing or mating requirements after assembly.

The part body exhibits typical characteristics of aluminum machining. The high-density parallel ribs on the sidewalls demand rigorous toolpath planning and deburring processes to ensure no residual burrs at the fin roots and uniform spacing, guaranteeing unobstructed airflow channels and consistent appearance. The machining core lies in strictly controlling the parallelism tolerance of the upper and lower reference surfaces and the positional accuracy of the mounting hole pattern to prevent assembly interference caused by cumulative errors.
