Product Introduction

This product is widely used in non-standard automation equipment and tooling/fixtures. It is made from 6161 aluminum alloy and manufactured through the following process route: blank cutting → CNC machining → (wire-cut EDM slotting for selected parts) → 120-grit bead blasting → silver anodizing. Key dimensions are controlled to a minimum of 0.02 mm, while all other dimensions and technical requirements follow the drawing. Surface finish requirements (blast grit and anodizing color) are applied as specified to ensure consistent appearance and stable assembly fit.
