Linear Guide Rail Mounting Plate (45# Steel / Black Oxide)

This part is used for linear guide rail mounting and positioning in automation equipment, machinery & equipment manufacturing, and tooling/fixtures. It is made from 45# steel plate with the process route: cutting → gantry milling for thickness → double-head milling for four sides → surface grinding to plate condition → CNC machining for remaining features → tapping → black oxide. Key dimensions are controlled to a minimum of 0.02 mm, while all other dimensions and technical requirements follow the drawing. Surface treatment is black oxide, per standard/drawing requirements.
