Product Introduction

These parts are suitable for brass small components such as connectors, threaded inserts, and sleeves used in automation equipment, instrumentation, pneumatic/fluid connections, and electrical/electronic applications. They are made from brass round bar or hex bar stock, featuring internal threads, stepped ODs, and conical profiles. The process route is bar cutting → CNC/lathe turning; hex-shaped parts are machined from brass hex bar stock. Surface treatment can be applied per drawing; selected parts may be nickel plated for a silver-white appearance. Key dimensions are controlled to a minimum of 0.02 mm, while all other dimensions and technical requirements follow the drawing. Sample lead time is approximately 7–10 days; lead time for mass production is subject to negotiation.
