Serving as a transitional connection unit in fluid control or mechanical transmission systems, this part features an asymmetric square base combined with a top cylindrical boss. The wide rectangular body at the bottom provides a stable mounting reference surface, while the integrated U-shaped slot on the side facilitates cable routing or serves as a positioning lock. The silver metallic boss on top is typically used for screwing in pipe fittings, sensors, or supporting rotating shafts, achieving rigid connections and spatial transitions between different components.

The core of manufacturing such complex structural parts lies in controlling positional accuracy under multi-step clamping. It is essential to strictly ensure the perpendicularity of the top cylindrical boss axis relative to the bottom mounting surface, as well as the symmetry of the U-slot centerline to the base edges, to prevent assembly interference. If the black base is made of engineered plastic injection molding or aluminum with powder coating, attention must be paid to the dimensional stability of threaded holes or mating positions. The top metal part involves precision turning and tapping, with a focus on controlling internal/external thread profiles and end-face flatness to ensure sealing performance or connection strength.
