Our ISO 9001 production line manufactures two-piece aluminum carburetor spacers with consistent fit. We set material selection, finish requirements, and the key tolerance band as fixed controls from prototype through repeat production, supporting automotive, fasteners, and oem manufacturing projects. When you provide a detailed drawing with your main tolerance callouts, our machining shop sets process checkpoints so your drawing remains the basis for control. Machining for these parts is performed at our ISO 9001–certified Ningbo facility. First-run quotes include setup and inspection per the released file; standard lead times assume a stable release and one setup. In-house secondary processes include polishing and shot blasting.
