Designed to meet the flange connection requirements of servo or stepper motors, this component features an L-shaped block structure that ensures rigid fixation through the combination of a vertical face and a horizontal base. The top vertical surface is equipped with mounting holes compatible with standard motor flanges, while the bottom plane integrates a central circular through-hole surrounded by a star-patterned counterbored hole system. This design facilitates precise alignment with drive shafts, reducers, or equipment frames, ensuring coaxiality and stability during power transmission.

The core challenge in manufacturing such irregular structural parts lies in maintaining the perpendicularity between the vertical mounting surface and the base reference plane, as well as controlling the positional tolerance of the central through-hole relative to the surrounding bolt holes. Since multi-directional milling is involved, strict control over cumulative errors from secondary clamping is essential to prevent shaft misalignment or vibration after motor assembly. The star-shaped groove at the bottom typically serves as a locating stop for specific fixtures or seals, where contour precision directly impacts the tightness of the mating components.
