The design features a recessed central cavity intended for thermal interface contact, surrounded by a flat peripheral flange with four countersunk holes for secure assembly to heat-generating components.

The part exhibits high thermal conductivity characteristics typical of pure copper, requiring precise milling to maintain flatness on the mating surfaces and consistent wall thickness in the stepped sections. Manufacturing focuses on controlling burr formation around the internal pocket edges and ensuring perpendicularity between the mounting holes and the base plane to guarantee optimal thermal transfer and mechanical stability.

Production is supported by our Dongguan facility, utilizing Beijing Jingdiao CNC machines capable of 0.001mm accuracy to achieve the tight tolerances required for electronic thermal management applications. Hexagon CMMs are employed for final inspection to verify critical dimensions and surface integrity before shipment. Lead times and costs are evaluated based on the specified copper grade, surface finish requirements such as passivation or plating, and order volume.
