Manufacturing focuses on maintaining strict concentricity between the inner bore and the outer mounting face to ensure smooth rotation and minimize vibration. The complex side profiles and raised bosses require precise multi-axis machining to guarantee correct hole positioning and flatness for sensor or component installation. Deburring of internal passages and mating surfaces is critical to prevent interference with seals and windings.

Supported by IATF 16949 certification, we employ coordinate measuring machines to verify critical tolerances such as bore diameter and bolt circle position.
