Rotational support and electrical insulation components for non-standard automation equipment, typically manufactured from specialty engineering plastic rods such as POM, PEEK, or Nylon using CNC turn-mill composite machining. These parts are mostly cylindrical bushings with central through-holes, flanges, or stepped connector seats, used for bearing fits, drive shaft positioning, or fluid pipeline transitions. Strict control of inner hole tolerances and end-face perpendicularity is maintained to meet coaxiality requirements for assembly.

For engineering plastic parts with varying appearances, such as white semi-transparent or black opaque finishes, the manufacturing process focuses on controlling internal stress release to prevent subsequent deformation, particularly for thin-walled tubular structures and flange faces with multiple hole patterns. Equipped with Mingke and Taikan drilling/tapping machines and Guangdong Huateng turn-mill composite equipment, we precisely achieve aperture tolerances and positional accuracy as defined in drawings. Combined with Zeiss CMM and 2D inspection equipment, we perform 100% inspection of key mating dimensions to effectively ensure consistency in batch deliveries.
