PEEK Insulated Bearing Cage

Under high-speed rotation or high-voltage conditions, traditional metal cages are prone to electrical erosion and wear. Insulated cages made from PEEK material effectively block current loops and reduce the coefficient of friction. This ring-shaped component features evenly distributed trapezoidal windows in the inner ring to accommodate rolling elements and provide stable guidance support. It is commonly used in bearing assemblies for motor spindles, precision transmission systems, and new energy equipment.

As a non-standard custom part, strict requirements apply to dimensional stability and geometric tolerances. Ensuring the concentricity of the outer circle and the consistency of window spacing is crucial for maintaining dynamic balance after assembly. PEEK material offers excellent heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and self-lubricating properties. During machining, cutting heat must be controlled to prevent material deformation, and window edges must remain burr-free to avoid damaging the surface of the rolling elements.

Leveraging CNC machining centers and数控 lathes at our Shenzhen factory, we perform precision milling and turning for small-batch, high-variety PEEK irregular structural components, meeting machining accuracy requirements of ±0.01mm. Prior to production, key mating dimensions and surface treatment requirements specified in the drawings must be confirmed. Reasonable clamping solutions are developed based on material characteristics to ensure dimensional consistency and appearance quality during batch delivery.
