Designed for media diversion and sealing in hydraulic systems, gas appliances, or industrial pipelines, this component features a circular disc structure with regularly distributed large-diameter through-holes at the center and a flat annular mounting flange extending from the outer edge. This configuration is commonly used as an end cover for fluid control chambers or a bearing seat support interface. The flange face fits against the base to achieve axial positioning, while the internal large holes accommodate shaft systems, valve cores, or form fluid channels.

The core of machining such disc-shaped parts lies in strictly controlling the center distance tolerance of the four groups of large holes and their coaxiality relative to the outer circle, ensuring no interference with internal moving parts during assembly. Simultaneously, the flatness of the flange face must be guaranteed to prevent seal failure or uneven stress caused by warping. For the concave stepped cavity structure shown in the images, special attention is paid to controlling step depth and sidewall perpendicularity. Edge cutting surfaces undergo deburring and chamfering to eliminate sharp edges, preventing damage to sealing rings or injury to operators.
