This three-spoke hollow handwheel features an integrated precision scale dial, a central black knurled adjustment ring, and an axial connecting rod. It is commonly used for fine-tuning mechanical equipment, controlling valve openings, or adjusting divisions in optical instruments where intuitive position feedback is required. The outer metal wheel body provides stable gripping torque, while the internal dial displays angle or travel values through rotational linkage, enabling operators to achieve precise manual positioning and data reading.

The manufacturing process strictly controls the coaxiality between the metal wheel body and the central adjustment component to ensure smooth rotation without wobble. The flatness of the dial scale surface and the fit clearance of the pointer mechanism directly affect reading accuracy, requiring fine calibration during assembly. Given the high hardness of stainless steel, deburring and polishing are performed on the outer circle and spoke edges after turning to eliminate sharp edges for operational safety and ensure consistent surface luster.
