These parts connect to shafts via center bores and utilize knurled outer edges or gripping ends to transmit torque, enabling fluid flow control or precise mechanical position adjustments.

The manufacturing process involves turning, milling spoke profiles, and tapping, with a focus on controlling the coaxiality between the center bore and mounting surface, as well as thread fit precision. To address the high hardness of stainless steel, we employ CNC lathes and machining centers for precision cutting, ensuring surface finish and dimensional stability to meet wear and corrosion resistance requirements under frequent operation.

Our factory operates under an ISO 9001 certified quality system, equipped with multiple CNC lathes and 3/4-axis machining centers, supporting one-stop manufacturing from drawing review to final assembly. We provide material certificates and dimensional inspection reports. Our products are suitable for industries such as food & medical, petrochemical, and general machinery, with support for custom specifications and surface treatments based on drawings.
