The main body is injection-molded from high-strength engineering plastic, assembled with internal stamped metal parts and copper conductive terminals. Key manufacturing challenges include controlling the dimensional stability of the plastic frame and ensuring the positioning accuracy of metal inserts, which are critical for maintaining synchronization and low friction coefficients during mechanism operation. Conductive parts use high-purity copper with surface treatment to maintain low contact resistance and corrosion resistance under long-term current flow.
