These cylindrical rotary components are commonly used as positioning bushings, bearing housings, or connection flanges for fluid pipelines in mechanical transmission systems. They support shaft parts or guide media through a central through-hole. One end features a thickened flange step to provide stable axial limitation and an installation reference, while the other end maintains a smooth outer circle to mate with seals or bearing inner/outer rings, ensuring a compact structure and uniform stress distribution.

During machining, strict control over the coaxiality between the outer circle and inner hole, as well as the perpendicularity of the flange face relative to the axis, is essential to ensure rotational accuracy and sealing performance after assembly. For structures with special inner hole shapes (such as non-standard keyways or irregular holes shown in the image), high-precision milling or wire EDM processes are employed, with tight control over hole position tolerances to prevent interference fits. Surface finish directly impacts wear resistance and corrosion resistance, typically requiring fine turning or grinding.

Leveraging our factory's high-precision CNC lathes and 4-axis machining centers, we handle the complete process from bar stock cutting to the formation of complex internal and external features. We utilize Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for 100% inspection of key diameters, positional tolerance, and profile tolerance. For such non-standard custom parts, we recommend providing detailed 2D/3D drawings to specify material requirements (e.g., stainless steel, aluminum alloy, or carbon steel), surface treatments (e.g., anodizing, nickel plating, or polishing), and batch delivery standards, allowing us to formulate precise machining solutions.
