The eye loop is typically formed via die forging or cold heading to ensure continuous metal grain flow and high tensile strength. The threaded end is equipped with a black protective sleeve or positioning bushing to provide axial limitation and rust protection during concrete pouring or mechanical assembly.

Strict control over the inner diameter tolerance of the eye loop and thread profile precision is maintained during manufacturing to ensure smooth engagement with matching nuts or embedded parts. Our facility utilizes CNC lathes for thread turning and chamfering, and three-roll thread rolling machines to process high-strength external threads, guaranteeing root surface finish and load-bearing capacity. For applications requiring specific hardness, the shank undergoes quenching and tempering or other heat treatments, with Rockwell hardness testing performed to verify mechanical properties.
